It is 01-13-2022 at 22:50 the store says Open still, been waiting for 30mins for service at the drive thru. They have all there lights on and a full staff, the store still says Open with it's neon lights, no one is responding to people knocking and trying to figure out what is happening. This is normal, about 4 times a week this happens. They're supposed to be open until 2am, but they don't care about people who actually work for a living. would give Zero Stars if I could.
Horrible customer service really rude employees who answer and do everything annoyed i understand fast food is stressful but they shouldn’t take it out on there customers
Horrible customer service. The employee at The register was rude, she was going on a tirade that taco bell didn't pay her enough. Many customers walked out because of her and the manager on duty didn't come to the front when they were asked for to address the employees rudeness. Never again.
Went through drive thru got home order not even close to what was order ,food tasted bad not going back ever Taco Bell lost my business FYI check all your bags before leaving
Overtime Taco Bell like many fast food places has changed their recipe for the. I do not care for the taste of chilies powder overpowering the meat. It didn't used to be that way. What a shame. Although it is not homemade I can do better and I willYou've lost a customer Taco Bell
