They don't even acknowledge you standing there waiting to pick up your order. Food is OK, service notso much.

When I got home, I found a dry sandwich... read more I placed an order online two hours in advance and requested extra spinach, olives, onions, and Chipotle Southwest Sauce. When I got home, I found a dry sandwich with just two tiny onion slivers, one olive slice, and a few pieces of spinach. This is the second time this has happened, so clearly they’re not putting in the effort to make a proper sandwich. I won’t be returning.

I requested if they could make something as close to it as possible, even if it meant extra charges. However, they refused to make the sandwich and kept repeating that it’s discontinued. Where has the customer service gone at Subway?
