If you're looking to spend $100 on a meal while enjoying the ambiance of a 1900s bed and breakfast, this is the place for you. The sea bass was delicious, and I highly recommend it. However, my potatoes were served cold, and it took 5 minutes to have them replaced. The dinner rolls tasted like they were store-bought and frozen, which was disappointing. Rob Dobs could truly enhance its bed and breakfast feel with a $300 king-sized room addition. Overall, the experience didn't justify the cost.
We visited Rob Dob's for the first time this evening with my husband. The food was delicious, and Marylou provided us with excellent service. We're definitely planning to return and can't wait to explore more items on their menu. There was such a wide variety that it was tough to decide what to order!
I sat at the bar and was served by an excellent bartender. She was attentive to my beverage needs and very helpful in answering my questions about the food options.
Good food! Lovely ambience and music! The fireplace, lighting and decor give you that at-home feel!
Haven't been in a while. We met friends and ate on the patio. Service was impeccable. My salmon was delicious. I would have preferred more spinach and less wild rice, but it was wonderful and the leftovers were better than the original. Everyone enjoyed his/her meal, including the beet salad and sea bass and a couple of others I don't remember…
