The room was spotless and very quiet. The hotel is modern and staff was terrific. And being attached to the mall is terrific. There were only two minor issues. First, the hallway was freezing! And secondly, the room air conditioning was very loud. While both very minor, they were enough to be disturbing. Otherwise this is a “5” experience. View all feedback.
What Baron Lio doesn't like about Poukei:
Disappointed about two parts:1. The salad base was the iceberg mix instead of the more appealing and fancy spring mix.2. Compared to other poke places I have visited, this place did not seem interested in packing the bowl with all the toppings; goodies like masago and seaweed salad both cost extra. View all feedback.
I don’t know what some people were expecting, it is a mall food court after all. Considering where I was, I loved it. The “burrito” is essentially a huge sushi roll you’d get most sushi places with the seaweed wrap on the outside. Instead of 8 pieces on a plate, it’s sliced in half. A bit messy to eat, but the Firecracker I had tested delicious. One worker wasn’t great with English, but the other person there was just fine. I live 10 hours away so I’ll probably never make it back, but if I’m back at the MoA I’ll definitely eat here.
To sum it up: Zero stars for everything. Same experience every time. Nonexistent customer service, expensive food with extra costs on EVERY SINGLE THING when I 'm paying for these things like, toppings,l and veggies, and as others mentioned. Some of the food is not covered with protective lids to prevent any germs/bacteria.Customer Service: what customer service?! They are rude and love saying that 's 0.50 extra to everything. So I paid extra but then they go so cheap on the serving amount.. basically really not worth your money or time unless you 're okay with paying for getting sick and dealing with rude unprofessional and unsanitary people
I got the Poukei Crunch. It's like a sushi burrito, and it was fantastic! I had them add extra wasabi mayo to mine.Food: 5/5

I ordered the Firecracker, and it was incredible. It featured spicy salmon and tuna, which wasn't overly spicy but still quite enjoyable. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
