My wife order a to go order and she waited over 45 minutes for her food before she decided to take our 4 kids inside to get it herself. The guy that was suppose... read more My wife order a to go order and she waited over 45 minutes for her food before she decided to take our 4 kids inside to get it herself. The guy that was supposed to be doing the mobile orders was rude to her and said he is not taking any mobile orders today. She asked him why he let her sit in the car for that long and not answer the phone when she was calling, and he said he couldn't do anything about that. He said there wasn't a manager working so she couldn't talk to them. Worst service she had. Don't go to this Panera.

I worked at a Pane... read more Maybe they are short staffed but I waited 15minutes for an sandwich and they weren't even slammed. The girl working didn't even try to hurry. I worked at a Panera in high school so I know what it's like to be In that position but her customer service was literally awful. Also, also super run down and dirty location.
