WOW! Desmond and Tony to the rescue! We had dinner at RFC across the hall, and it was a complete disaster! We were out celebrating my daughter's 6th birthday, and I truly wanted it to be a special occasion for her. I had a brief conversation with Desmond before he seated us, and he went above and beyond to ensure she had a wonderful time. Thanks to Tony, Desmond, and the entire team, she felt incredibly special! THANK YOU for saving the evening!

The food and atmosphere were enjoyable, and we received outstanding service; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

Tried to eat here. The host sat us quickly only for us to sit, and sit, and sit. No server in sight. No drinks, no hello. So we left, walked down the hall and promptly ate.With so many restaurants nearby, don't bother with this one sadly.

One hour wait but multiple tables open and not being used. We were not seated within the hour wait either. Look at all of the empty seats available. I asked the manager who was standing there and she was very rude with her response those empty seats were not available to be used.

Came here on a busy Saturday night and because the rainforest cafe had a 2 hour wait, so we decided to honor the legacy of Jimmy Buffett by dining at his establishment. I had a blueberry pomegranate margarita and some pasta. Food was ok, but the Margaritaville were good and the resturaunt was clean. They also have a great waiting system so you can walk around explore the mall while you wait instead of just standing around.
