The general manager was extremely careless! she smiled the window in my face when I asked that my eating be freshly cooked because everything I received was kol... read more The general manager was extremely careless! she smiled the window in my face when I asked that my eating be freshly cooked because everything I received was kold . after I came in to tell her how rude she was, she called the police on me and told me that I had my product and out of her loading out. I asked her for a refund because she didn’t want to make my food fresh and she told me that the “company policy” was no refunds. I will be back here . absolutely ridiculous it needs to be fired. If I could give them less than a star, I would do that!

Got no gravy. Chicken was hard and dry. No ice for pop. Pop was flat. Building looked abandoned and needed mowed. No silverware, no honey and 2 hot sauce.. requested a handful of each when I ordered and at window when I paid.. I knew to pull off and go somewhere else but I really wanted KFC. Will not be back.
