When I received my white meat big box, it contained two wings and one breast, instead of the two breasts and one wing that I expected. The manager dismissed my concern, saying it was the new policy. The general manager seems more focused on talking about herself rather than addressing customer issues.
The establishment is also in disrepair; the signage is so faded that it’s difficult to even see the Colonel's image.... View all feedback.
Friday July, 22.This is one of the worst KFC restaurant I've ever gotten food from. The people running this restaurant are very sorry and can't cook worth anything. The chicken I bought wasn't cooked and was poorly battered. The biscuits were undercooked also, I will never buy anything from that restaurant ever again. They have terrible cooking skills. I don't think it could be any worst if the place was completely run by teenagers.
Asked for extra gravy. Got no gravy. Chicken was hard and dry. No ice for pop. Pop was flat. Building looked abandoned and needed mowed. No silverware, no honey and 2 hot sauce.. requested a handful of each when I ordered and at window when I paid.. I knew to pull off and go somewhere else but I really wanted KFC. Will not be back.
40 minutes until close and they 're out of chicken. It 's frozen and won 't thaw out in time . We bought what they had left. chicken was good, no ice for drinks, dining and rest rooms a mess. They actually turned away a family of 5, 30 minutes before close. Pretty poor planning, IMHO.
Went through drive through order three chicken sliders and a crispy chicken sandwich, no mayo on the sliders, only pickle. I order small drinks only have medium or large, ok 3 medium. I pull around, they don’t have ice, so forget the drinks. By then, I get an addition from my wife, she wanted a drink with no ice(flat is a under statement). Got home and there was extra mayo on all the sandwiches! That crispy chicken they claim to provide wasn’t so crispy, but the bun fell apart due to mayo! Did I mention that the sliders were for my grandkids who hate mayonnaise! What should I have expected the managers obviously don’t give a rat’s you know… When you come to work every day and have 3’ weeds growing around the building and drive through, John Taffer would have a field day, makes me wonder about their kitchen!
Conveniently located just off West Market Street and not far off Interstate 55. Meals include one-piece dinners with chicken, a drink and a side plus a cookie. Also, pot pies and chicken littles, among other choices available. Pepsi is the KFC standard drink, instead of Coke. Good way to get a bite and get back on the highway again.
