I try to understand what customer service workers go through because i work in customer service and i never make bad reviews so my experience was worth the bad review. Both ladies working were incrediblyrude. They were complaining to each other that taco bell next door had more people working there but their attitudes showed whythey don?t have many employees because no one wants to work in a toxic environment. There was a sign that said to fill out areview on the bottom of the receipt but conveniently couldn?t print receipts for any customers that asked for them. I paid andthe lady just walked away. Not to mention we waited quite a while for her to even take our order. We got there at 7 and theylocked the doors behind us and a couple other customers so no one else would come in but it wasn?t time for them to close yet.

She slammed the window in my face when I asked for my food to be cooked fresh because everything I received was cold. When I went in to express how rude she was, she called the police on me and insisted that I had received my product and needed to leave her store. I requested a refund since she refused to prepare my food fresh, but she told me the "company policy" was no refunds. I will absolutely never return to this restaurant. This experience was completely ridiculous, and she deserves to be fired immediately! Please avoid this place. If I could give them less than one star, I would!

I asked her for a refund because she didn’t want to make my food fresh and she told me that the “company policy” was no refunds. I will be back here . absolutely ridiculous it needs to be fired. If I could give them less than a star, I would do that!

I’m a big fan of KFC and visit frequently, but this experience was one of the worst I’ve had at any restaurant. The sign out front boasts "New Management," but I couldn’t find anything good about this location. I should have left as soon as I got there, but I was too hungry to walk away. In the end, I ended up throwing my meal away because it was inedible! It’s clear that the owner isn’t willing to invest in hiring quality staff. This is my very first 0-star review. Just a warning: don’t expect to find an authentic KFC here!

However, I have to say that the lady who served me was really nice.
