I got a sandwich last night. I came at 7:45, they close at 8, the door was locked and the clerk wavered for me to leave. This was very disappointing as I pulled out of the way to go to a Jimmy John's instead of another sandwich shop. View all feedback.
The customer service was excellent and the young man who assisted me did a fantastic job handling my order all by himself.
I was very grateful to the manager for sending me the drink I had not received during my last visit, but was able to enjoy this time. It was a pleasant experience to feel understood and have my order fulfilled while also ordering other food from the restaurant today.

Quick and delicious you can tell the shelf life is minimal .. aka fresher then most others that advertise freshness for a sub sandwich
