What Case Lorance doesn't like about Hucks:
Place smells so bad, like dirty, old grease every time I go there. And the card readers never work, so I have to go in to pay. I just go to another gas station. I don't wanna smell like that. View all feedback.
They couldn't fill their window washing bins with actual cleaning solution; they were all simply filled with water.
The place has a strong odor of dirty, old grease every time I visit. Additionally, the card readers are always malfunctioning, forcing me to go inside to make my payment. I've decided to just go to a different gas station; I really don't want to deal with that smell.
I'm very concerned! My son's girlfriend used her debit card to buy gas and paid at the pump. She spent $30, but Hucks charged her card $100 flat. They claim that this is normal and that the charge should be adjusted to the actual amount ($30) sometime next week. This is unacceptable; it shouldn't happen like this. Someone needs to address this issue today. A warning to those who pay at the pump!
The restaurant is consistently well-stocked, and the staff is friendly. The food is good too. The only downside is that some of their fuel pumps are really slow.
The customer service could be improved, but overall, it's a decent place.
