Great, long time, local ice-cream stop, conveniently located right on Main Street in Bloomington. Beautiful large selection of soft serve aromas. You also have swimmers, skakes, smoothies, chilidogs, bar-b-q, soda, sundaes and more. Political, polite and attentive staff. Nice family business. View all feedback.

I've been to jeans a couple times. Usually the ice cream is pretty good. This time the ice cream in the service was a little off. It might have been just an off day but the menu is confusing if you want traditional ice cream because they only haveswirls. View all feedback.
We absolutely adore this place! I've been enjoying ice cream from Gene's since my childhood. We've never had a negative experience, and the ice cream is consistently outstanding!
I've visited Jeans a few times, and usually, the ice cream is quite good. However, during my last visit, both the ice cream and service were somewhat lacking. It might have just been an off day for them. I also found the menu a bit confusing if you're looking for traditional ice cream, as they primarily offer swirls.
Great ice cream and a great place to take kids. You can get ice cream covered in sprinkles with candy eyes, nose, and tongue. The only things is there is no indoor seating but there are benches outside.
Honestly, their ice cream is surprisingly delicious. The staff is unbelievably friendly and efficient—it's as if they were all created in a Disney lab. No doubt about it, I give Genes a solid 5 stars. I'll definitely be returning!
In town for a volleyball tournament and came here after dinner. By far the creamiest ice cream we've ever had! The chocolate M&M avalanche was delicious and the raspberry Sunday was insanely good!
