My friend and I stayed at the hotel right across the lot from Eric's and had two meals there, a dinner and breakfast. Both were excellent and even included a great conversation with the owner after breakfast. Good homemade food. Convenient to hotels and interstate. Highly recommend. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Eric's:
They don?t deserve any stars but I?m leaving one to leave a comment. We placed an online order for a few tacos. Got there to pick up the order and they were CLOSED 2 hours before they were supposed to be. But they took my money anyway. We figured it was an error in their system and the money would be returned since the order never really got processed. The next day still no money was returned, not even by the end of... Try to experience the food in the area at 5 pm, but the restaurant is closed, in Google says that closes at 10 a.m. WTH with the restaurants here in the area
So after two visits and an attempted third visit, it's time to leave my review and never remember to return to this place. 1. Visit- Miller Park Location We moved to the area just in May and reviewed the local Mexican restaurants. We went to Eric's next to Miller Park on a Friday night, her restaurant side was closed leaving only the bar side open. The bartender was really nice and made us some great margaritas. It was lonely in there and she wanted to close early. She was amazing, I forgot her name, but she took care of us. The food wasn't so great, I ate it and don't complain. I had Steak Enchiladas, the sauce and taste was there, but the Carne Asada was old, crispy and burned. Total customer service was 5 stars. 2. Visit- Eric?s 2 off Market St moved to this place at 10:30 on a Sunday. Car park with beer cans and broken beer bottles rubbed and drunk. We go in, sit down and order Mimosas. We asked why the parking lot was ruined, the waitress said the staff had a late night party in the night before. The waitress was friendly, but she didn't know what a mimosa was. So I said champagne and ABI. She said she was from the OJ. So I said, do it with Cran juice. She comes back with cognac in a wine glass with Cran juice.?? She said the bottle read it was a champagne??? So I let it go and drank it. The menu didn't look appetizing at all, place was lonely as the Miller Park location. After we have seen the parking lot, the menu and the so-called Moimosa, we have paid and left our tab. Visit number 3 Miller Park Location Today I called the restaurant at 18:30 to see if they were open, I wanted back for the drinks and friendly service of this girl lol, not the food. I spoke to who I suspected was the owner, I asked if they were open, he replied that the kitchen was closed and that he had his friends at the bar and had closed the doors. I guess I'm not going back today or probably. What a lousy business, so I'm rating them 1 star. Don't go there.

We tried calling all day the next day with no answer just to find out they were closed then too. I don?t understand how they can process an order and take your money when they are closed. We had to call the bank and dispute the charge to get our money back.

Great service and great food. I was having a hard time thinking of what to get because I?m vegetarian. I let the cashier know and she suggested the tamales. They were amazing. They had NO MEAT!
