Was disappointed in our burger temperatures, but impressed with the flavor of the food. Friend and I both ordered the new Pub Burger mine came out with the cheese not melted and the burger slightly warm. My friend had meltedcheese, but a basically not warm burger. We upgraded one meal to cheese curds, that was amazing. Hot, fresh and delicious cheesecurds. That was worth it! The parking lot at this place is awful, they have a small drive through hut in the parking lot nearthe main restaurant that seemed to cause a lot of traffic and confusion. Also cleanliness inside wasn?t great either. I feellike they were trying but maybe couldn?t keep up. There was an obviously unkept man sitting at a table near the drinks with hisshoes off and a lot of garbage around him. Not sure if they are able to ask people like that to leave but made the place feelmore dirty than it already was. Service from the staff was excellent! But price for food was a bit high too (could be withdistance from Mall of the America) Would recommend drive through.

I always make sure to specify chocolate custard as the base, but unfortunately, it has been incorrectly prepared on two occasions. Otherwise, the food was decent. I won’t refuse custard, but I do prefer to receive exactly what I ordered.

The burgers and chicken were both tasty, with the chicken being especially crispy. The fries were hot, and the drinks were nicely carbonated, just as I prefer them. I tried the root beer for the first time and highly recommend it for anyone in search of a sweet root beer. The staff were attentive, friendly, and eager to help when we needed anything. However, I did give this location a lower rating due to the surrounding area, which felt a bit questionable. My first encounter (both incidents happened within five minutes) was in the parking lot. I was parked in the main section when a man, who seemed possibly high, was having a conversation with a passenger in the car next to mine. At first, it was fine, but then he started doing a strange dance in front of my window, making me want to lock my doors and move to a different spot in the lot. He was smoking something—I'm not sure if it was marijuana—and blowing the smoke my way. As I hurriedly drove away, he continued his odd behavior with other cars. Right after that, I noticed another person near the bus stop—a woman who seemed either high or mentally unwell, arguing with a shopping cart. There was no phone or headphones involved, which left me puzzled about what was happening. Given these experiences, I might consider visiting a different Culver’s in the future.
