Contribute FeedbackCRAVE offers a mixed experience, varying from outstanding service and food to issues with reservations and ambiance. Sushi lovers will appreciate the diverse menu and stylish setting, while others may find some dishes gamey. Friendly staff enhance dining experiences, although some encounters with booking and billing were less than perfect. Overall, the restaurant offers a blend of positives and negatives, making it a spot to consider for a delicious meal out.
The staff at the hostess desk were very friendly. Our waiter was excellent! The food was delicious and the ambience was very comfortable and pleasant. The only thing that would make this review perfect is if they reduced the price of the signature sour drink, which is currently $16. The presentation of the drink was great, it tasted delicious, and the ice cube with the word “Crave” on the bottom was a cool touch. The only downside was that there was not enough liquid in the glass, so the value of the drink falls short of a 5-star rating.
The hostess did not pay attention to my request and ended up canceling our reservation while we were at the bar enjoying a cocktail before dinner. Despite this, we were still able to have our meal, although our reservation was marked as canceled. I would like to ensure that my points are credited, as we spent $100.
Whenever we are in Minnesota, we always make it a point to dine at Crave! The bamboo bites and truffle fries were fantastic. The flatbread pizza and lettuce wraps were equally delicious. The service was outstanding - friendly and efficient. We will definitely be coming back!
Went to Crave MOA for Easter Brunch and the food was fabulous. We've been to several other brunches, but Crave3 seemed to focus on quality over quantity. Each offering was well prepared and truly mouth watering.
Reservation for ten was two table of 5 within shouting distance. Request for two checks wasn’t honored, yet service charge and 20% gratuity was added. Expected for a large group, but bot when the group was two different parties.
