Tried this on a whim when I was in town for a meeting. They have a wide selection which was nice given I've become a bit of a cold brew coffee snob. .Their pumpkin cold brew was quite tasty. It's a little sweeter than I prefer but it wasn't over powering. It was different than other pumpkin mixes I've had before and I'd say it was better than most.The service was polite and quick. The concept and potential is great, but the execution is lacking profusely. I've tried this coffee house multiple times, and it is lacking in consistency with the customer service, ordering process, and quality of drink. There needs to be a voice of the customer, so improvements can be made and potential is achieved. The selection of sugar-free syrups is a definite plus, as the Bucks does not offer as many.
