At this Chipotle location, customer experiences are strikingly varied. While many praise the freshness of ingredients and exceptional service from attentive staff, others report cleanliness issues and inconsistent food quality. Some patrons express frustration over unexpectedly spicy dishes and inadequate portion sizes. Complaints about dirty tables and a messy environment mar the otherwise solid reputation of the franchise. However, standout team members and a few positive encounters highlight the potential for an enjoyable dining experience. Despite some setbacks, dedicated staff and a commitment to quality food create a mixed bag that leaves customers divided on returning.

Was Hubert Hessel at Chipotle Mexican Grill a mag?
what makes the bags with the spicy mirror! I could eat the best without crying! I've been ordering the same chip bowl for 10 years and couldn't even eat it. I have something called a geographic cradle, so I can not eat spicy food without strong swelling and pain. I didn't get anything that was supposed to be spicy or that I didn't have before. literal got rice, bee, cheese, guak, sour cream and salat. how is not only... View all feedback.

What Hubert Hessel dislikes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Quite possibly the dirtiest Chipotle I have been in. Trash all over and tables were filthy. Restroom was awful. All while two employees just sat at tables eating, maybe clean the place before your break. View all feedback.

Ingredients are fresh, steak bowl was really good. I couldn't hear the workers when they asked what I wanted. I don't often go and was unclear in the round.

Posted by Jason Correll on the News Happening in Bloomington-Normal page: I was in Bloomington this afternoon (actually on my way back to Lincoln) doing some Christmas shopping. As usual, I stopped by Chipotle on my way out and witnessed an incident that highlighted both the negativity present in our world and also restored some of my faith in humanity. As I entered the restaurant, a young man who appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent was in front of me, followed by an Asian American man in his thirties. Instead of holding the door, the Asian man violently slammed it shut, hitting the Middle Eastern man in the process. Naturally, when I walked in, we all ended up in the same line. Without missing a beat, I remarked loudly about how rude that was. The Asian man turned around and said, "I refuse to hold the door for any Muslim terrorist." I chuckled at his comment. He didn’t seem amused and asked if I found that funny. I replied, "No. It's ironic, considering you're of Asian descent in a Mexican restaurant, about to place your order with an African American employee, right after you slammed a door in the face of someone you think is a Muslim terrorist. It’s sad." What made this even more ironic was that he made that statement just two days before the anniversary of Pearl Harbor. Maybe we should all give you a wake-up call. At that point, the man walked out without even ordering, probably embarrassed by the laughter erupting from those around us. The young man of Middle Eastern descent turned to me, shook my hand, and said, "Thank you so much, sir. I’d like to buy your lunch." I was grateful for the gesture, and as I was leaving, he added, "By the way, I was born and raised in Bloomington... and I'm a Christian."

Chipotle Chips with Hot Sauce are my favorite snacks when I’m out . Their hot sauce is spicy enough for an Indian. Their chips taste awesome as well. That’s the only thing I have tried so far in the Chipotle . However, the reason for 4 star is, the packer at this restaurant , didn’t put the lids properly on 2 cups of our hot sauce, due to which we lost 1 cup of hot sauce eventually. May be it’s the fault with the lids. Would appreciate if this is checked with the cups and lids and the packers are trained accordingly.
