What Kirsten McGowan doesn't like about Casey's:
My girls and I went to the Casey’s because my 4 year old had to go to the bathroom. They didn’t have toilet paper. Came out of the bathroom and the manager didn’t do anything to help us and the lady next to him was just sitting there doing nothing to help! What is wrong with this world?? How did todays society become so lazy?? View all feedback.

read moreFortified by a legacy, Casey's is now marred by a string of discontent among patrons. Consistent complaints reveal a chaotic atmosphere marked by disorganized service, significantly delayed pick-up times, and frequent shortages of basic food offerings like salads. Additionally, customers express frustration over overcrowded establishments with minimal staffing, leading to long lines and poor service. The inconsistencies in hours further alienate a dedicated clientele, particularly impacting local workers. Despite its potential, the restaurant's struggles suggest a need for comprehensive operational reform to restore customer faith and satisfaction.
