Caribou Coffee - Bloomington

Their stuff is so friendly and sweet people with nice smile.....and their coffee is great I really like this caribou......and it in wonderful mall 10of 10 thanks caribou for having nice stuff

The person working the cashier on sunday september 11th was incredibly rude. I think she was the manager named Kelly. Then they proceeded to make my drink wrong so I kindly went back and asked them to re-make it for me. The other staff were nice, just not the manager. While waiting for them to re-make my drink, she was yelling at her workers because they weren 't doing enough labor . She should be written up, and possibly fired.

I came to this caribou for a hot chocolate and was pleasantly surprised! Not only was it the most chocolate I have ever had in one of those drinks, but it was the perfect temperature. There were two baristas and one was training the other (I think) so it wasn’t super fast, but you have to wait for good drinks! I’ll definitely be back as caribou is great to sip on while shopping!

I received my coffee very quickly. They didn't even ask for my name. Two thumbs up!

I enjoy Caribou Coffee for their wide range of coffee beverages and delicious pastries. While the drinks can be on the expensive side, the quality you receive is worth the price. My favorite Caribou Coffee location is the one inside the amusement park, as you can enjoy thrilling rides while sipping on your favorite Caribou drink. I particularly recommend trying the Green Tea Matcha!
