Bussin Birria Tacos - Bloomington

There is a long wait at the self-serve kiosk to order your food, but after you get through that line, orders come out pretty quick! They do have QR codes posted all over to look at the menu ahead of time. The birria tacos were delicious, and my Dad enjoyed his chicken quesadilla! The consomme is worth the upcharge. Make sure to go through every tab when ordering so you don't miss purchasing drinks like we did! ?

Very busy, had to wait in line for ca. 15 minutes. The wait was worth it, though, as the birria tacos were delicious and I was able enjoy them with a nice view as well. They don't accept cash so be aware of that.

I wanted to try this place since there’s not a lot of birria places in Minnesota. I got the beef quesabirria and it was delicious! It was cheesy and crunchy! Salsa verde was good and the consomé was great! I’d recommend this place for a birria restaurant.

Just like their sign says not another bleeping taco stand. Fresh, favorable, excellent quality, and not cheap with meat. Limited menu choices is much better than too many choices. Even the general manager came around to check on his customers, nice touch. Great tacos!

The line wasn't long but took forever to get the 4 tacos. You input your own oder and you think since the menu doesnt have have a variety it took over 10 minutes from ordering to getting the tacos.The tacos were tasteless and wasn't worth the wait. The hot sauce tasted like frank red hots. Gross! I won't recommend or try it again.
