The food was good. The experience went well until we went to pay. I had a twenty dollar gift card I received for Christmas. We went to use it and she said it wouldn't work. On the card it says in big letters to run as credit. She must not have. We called the card and it still had the amount on it. So we were a little disappointed. Service was good, food was good, place was clean and the beer was great. Only downfall is it took 35 mins to get our food. I only saw 2 servers work at least 15 tables.
Ordered take out on a Friday night, probably a mistake. Thought I was safe ordering it to be ready at 7 and arriving by 7:15. I didn't receive my order until 7: 46 but it was piping hot and all accounted for. Everything was good when I got it home, but not outstanding.
3 stars because I love the food but it’s the 3rd time consecutively my order has been messed up. I generally order carry out via phone on buy one get one days . It always takes them multiple phone calls to even pick up, when I finally get through they do seem to be genuinely polite . But I’m usually getting wings at lunch and I’m paid hourly, so by the time I get back to the job site and am missing my ranch or the wings are wrong or whatever it is,I have the option to either lose money and go back or eat what I was given. Today I went back calm and collected and said this was the third time in a row it’s been messed up and they didn’t offer any sort of incentive or apology just brought me 3 more ranches . I ordered 20 wings and even my receipt said 4 ranch , but when I opened my little brown bag ready to indulge I had one ranch. FOR 20 wings. I wouldn’t even think that was acceptable even if I didn’t order 4 ranches. Anyways . Please upgrade your service I really would like to continue eating here
