Bedrak Cafe - Bloomington

The eggs were rock hard even though ordered over medium. The toast was stale, and the avocado was brown and had a weird taste. It would be one thing if this was just a one time occurrence but this establishment has been having quality issues over the past year and I've been hesitant to say it's just how it is now but... they used to be so good. Now, they're not only exceptionally expensive but you can't get what you pay for.

Service was not great. Waiting a half hour just for drinks. Food was okay. And we barely got checked on throughout the service. Also prices at the end were way higher than we thought they were. Nearly all of the items we ordered had an extra $2-4 added on at the end. Not nice!

This was our first visit and it won't be our last! Unique flavors/combinations! Our server, Hannah, was very nice, efficient, and attentive, without hovering. Coffee was kept full. They have a juice/smoothie/coffee bar that we look forward to experiencing in the future. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the hash brown casserole has a nice, creamy texture. I am obsessed with the brie cheese wheel. It is delicious and is best when dining in. The jams with it are amazing and the bread works perfectly with the cheese and jams. The food tastes yummy and fresh. The atmosphere is wonderful and truly improves your day.

If you’ve never been here before I HIGHLY recommend it. They have the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had, their staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile. Their space is calm, clean, and cozy. Do yourself a favor and make this one of your new favorite spots, you won’t regret it!
