We tried the brunch at Bedrak and were impressed with their tofu scramble. It was fresh, hot, and full of tasty veggies and tofu. Their coffee is also top-notch. Additionally, they are willing to make any vegetarian dish vegan upon request.
I absolutely love Bedräk! Their breakfasts are not only delicious, but you can also taste that everything is made fresh and healthy. My husband always gets the breakfast skillet and he insists it's the best he's ever had. We always make sure to have breakfast here when we visit Bloom. The tofurizo tacos are spicy, zesty, and incredibly fresh. Yum yum! And the teas from Cup and Kettle are always impressive. Plus, the abundance of plants creates a lovely atmosphere.
Small portions and overpriced, fried steak tasted not bad but not good. The chai latte was terrible, no flavor. I ended up getting an upset stomach immediately after my meal. Our server was nice, but don’t come here for food.
The eggs were overcooked, despite being ordered over medium. The toast was stale, and the avocado was brown with a strange taste. If this had been a one-time issue, it might not have bothered me as much, but this restaurant has been facing quality problems for the past year. I've been reluctant to accept that this is simply how things are now, but they used to be excellent. Now, they're not only overpriced, but the quality simply doesn't match the cost.
This was our first experience at the restaurant, and it definitely won't be our last! The flavors and combinations are truly unique. Our server, Hannah, was wonderful—polite, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. Our coffee was always filled. We’re looking forward to trying their juice, smoothie, and coffee bar on our next visit. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the hash brown casserole had a delightful creamy texture. As for dietary restrictions, gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu, and they are accommodating to other allergies and restrictions. Parking is shared with the Chocolate Mousse, which is convenient. They also have a kid's menu and are located on the first floor, making it wheelchair accessible.
