I had a slightly better experience than most of the reviews here. I visited the restaurant around 1pm and ordered the pulled chicken dinner. It was very fresh and I could make two sandwiches out of it. The potato salad and beans were homemade.

One of the best BBQ spots I've tried, with friendly and engaging staff. As a Goldsboro native, it felt like home. Thank you for a great dining experience.
