Know what sucks? When you get home and everyone has lunch except YOU! they forgot my sandwich! Hubby was nice enough to share his. I spent $30 here and they forgot my order. ???? View all feedback.
I and my family visited Arby's tonight and the manager Kelly was exceptional as usual and honored our vouchers to replace our meals, although it wasn't for their location. Food was good it was fast and the New Carmel Zimt Shake is really good.
The food is always good and they are always helpful with fixing any problems.
Food was great, service was fast and friendly, they did forget my horsey sauce but that's forgivable since the rest of the visit was great!!
I was so excited to see the indoor closed sign removed as I really wanted that indoor experience as it looks so nice inside. So, I got out of my vehicle only to be teased as all the doors were locked! WHY? I have been in my vehicle for 10 minutes now andand I just witnessed 8 other families walk away from this location as the indoor dining was not open. I would have just wentthrough the drive thru, but I had a really bad experience with the drive thru last time. Plus, I really don't want to sit in mycar and eat my lunch. Please reopen the indoor dining asap. PS not a single family who wanted to go indoors went through thedrive thru.
So, I went back through the drive-thru. To my surprise, they seemed to have recognized their mistake. While I waited in line, they made sure to bring me the correct burger. It was such a nice gesture on their part! On top of that, the staff always has a fantastic attitude. I truly appreciate it. Thank you!
