**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience**
Located conveniently off Market Street, this restaurant offers a mix of delightful and disappointing experiences. While the drive-through provides freshly cooked food—great for families on the go—service quality can vary significantly. Many diners report confusion with orders, burnt fries, and missed items, leading to frustration. On a positive note, the roast beef and shakes receive high praise, alongside friendly staff, particularly those who go the extra mile to deliver forgotten drinks. Overall, while the food can be enjoyable, inconsistent service may deter some from returning. A visit might be worth it, but be prepared for potential hiccups.

Getting to this restaurant can be a bit challenging, and the drive-thru features a steep drop-off that might get your heart racing. Be sure to double-check your order before leaving, as we found that our sandwiches didn’t make it into the car on the way home.
The staff here goes above and beyond in their service. Everyone was friendly, making the meal a truly enjoyable experience!
Absolutely terrible experience. Despite arriving first, our food was made last and left sitting on a tray for 8 minutes away from the heat lamps. It felt like we were treated unfairly because of our race.
The food was delicious, but for some reason, they no longer provide a discount for veterans.
I usually love Arby's and would typically give 5 stars, but this location didn’t meet the usual standards. We were the only customers inside during a slow time, yet the staff, though friendly, were chatting among themselves while the dining area tables were dirty. The condiment station was a mess, and employees were just standing around in the back instead of cleaning up out front. The food was okay, but the buns were over-toasted and nearly burnt. Overall, I was disappointed that this restaurant didn’t live up to expectations.
