My server behind the counter was great. Then the shift manager interupped him to make change for $100 bill in his drawer for the drive though. After that things got intetesting with other customers watching. I've been in food service for 25+years, 20 as a manager and I never encourage that behavior. The shift meager should have waited until my transaction was 100%complete and cash drawer was closed. Then break a large bill. Food was ok.

I went through the drive through and after someone grabbing my card and rolling their eyes at me, I got my card shoved back into my hand with no receipt and told to pull forward. So I did and then about 3 minuteslater a girl screamed out the door for me to pull into a spot, which was never instructed, they could have at least walked to mycar and politely directed where I needed to go. There was only one other car in the drive through, I would understand if theywere busy but that wasn?t the case. 10 minutes later I received my food and the fries tasted rotten and nothing was even hot andfresh so the wait made no sense. I will not return back. This place needs a trained manager here observing the employees andteaching them customer service because this place has absolutely none.

But the meat tasted off, was barely lukewarm and both me and my significant other got sick within a day of eating here. The only one who didn 't get sick was our toddler (she had thechicken nuggets . Over priced, low quality and the person at the window wasn 't very friendly either.

Every time I visit I wait a ridiculous amount of time for over priced mediocre food.
