Every time I visit I wait a ridiculous amount of time for... read more I’ve been in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. This is the slowest fast food place I’ve been to. Every time I visit I wait a ridiculous amount of time for over priced mediocre food.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went through the drive through and after someone grabbing my card and rolling their eyes at me, I got my card shoved... read more If I could give this zero stars I would. I went through the drive through and after someone grabbing my card and rolling their eyes at me, I got my card shoved back into my hand with no receipt and told to pull forward. So I did and then about 3 minutes later a girl screamed out the door for me to pull into a spot, which was never instructed, they could have at least walked to my car and politely directed where I needed to go. There was only one other car in the drive through, I would understand if they were busy but that wasn’t the case. 10 minutes later I received my food and the fries tasted rotten and nothing was even hot and fresh so the wait made no sense. I will not return back. This place needs a trained manager here observing the employees and teaching them customer service because this place has absolutely none.

I am posting this so you and others are informed, even though nowhere on your reciept was there any way you pass on information about your visit, I called your corporate that day and gave them the information about my experience including reciept number, location, date and time. I would have given them the employee information but whomever took my order did not enter their information...probably related to their performance and pride in their job. (Which I have never seen on a fast food receipt). I feel confident if you follow your reviews you can work on improvement. Good Luck, but I won't be back. You couldn't pay me to be treated that way again.

My server behind the counter was great. Then the shift manager interupped him to make change for $100 bill in his drawer for the drive though. After that things got intetesting with other customers watching. I've been in food service for 25+years, 20 as a manager and I never encourage that behavior. The shift meager should have waited until my transaction was 100%complete and cash drawer was closed. Then break a large bill. Food was ok.
