Manager Jennifer is just the best. Always friendly, remembers names of repeat customers as they enter the lounge/restaurant, can multi-task all while smiling and informational about the foods, the area, and the hotel in general. What JulieW doesn't like about 5120 Restaurant Onyx Bar:
I've been to 5120 many times over the past 2 years and always thought the food was fabulous. I just wasn't impressed with the new menu, and the service was a little slow and not as attentive as in past time i.e we never got our water glasses refilled till the meal was over. I'll go back because it's a great little restaurant in my neighborhood, but it may not be at the top of my list anymore. View all feedback.
We made a reservation, but they don't even open for dinner.

I've never written a restaurant review before because I believe everyone has different tastes and expectations. However, I felt compelled to share my experience at this establishment. I had a reservation for 7 PM that I made through OpenTable. When we arrived just 5 minutes early, I was informed that the restaurant was fully booked due to a private wedding event. When I mentioned my reservation, I was told that it wasn't reliable and that I should have called ahead to confirm. They did eventually find a table for us in a corner outside the main dining area, after merging three small tables together. To put it simply, I won't be returning to this place and do not recommend it.
The food here was outstanding and completely exceeded my expectations for a Country Inn and Suites!
Great Service! I felt welcome and comfortable. The different Wing sauces were wonderful! Will be back for sure...
