I strongly adv... read more I’ve encountered a lack of respect at this restaurant for the third time now. The staff, particularly the women, display unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against wasting your time and fuel on this place. There is a total absence of professionalism; they hurry you to place your order and then act disrespectfully, even using inappropriate language towards customers. I wish there were a way to give less than one star. My visit on November 8, 2022, at 8:36 PM was extremely disappointing. It's unfortunate, but even an animal would provide better service than the staff here. I regret spending my time and gas on this establishment. Regardless of the job, maintaining professionalism and courtesy is essential.

This doesn't quite add up, since they would need to pack the orders for the drive-thru as well. It seems like the process would be the same whether you come inside or have it handed through the window.

The employee at the counter had trouble understanding that I only wanted two items, not three. When my order finally arrived, they forgot to include the biscuits. This location has been here forever, but since it was my first visit, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
