I would say on the whole their service and timeliness makes them an adequate Kentucky Fried Chicken. Update: recent drive through has been veryslow with some undercooked biscuits. If you visit as a busy time they often get in a rush to fill the buckets and the breadingon the chicken hasn't set.

I had ordered a fruitpunch and it did not taste rite so had to get the employees attention and asked if I cud get something else and she snapped backan asked wat is wrong with it and I responded with IDK so she replied with well I'm not guna change it rite now so way do uwant. Wat the hell is wrong with that store??

Howev... read more I placed an online order since we were traveling from another state to dine at this restaurant. When I ordered, I was instructed to pick it up at 3:15 PM. However, by 3:25 PM, they hadn't even started preparing the order. I understand that a $100+ order can take some time, but not beginning it until that point was frustrating. There was minimal communication from the staff, and the food did not meet the expectations set by our previous visits. The mashed potatoes were not the usual smooth and creamy texture; instead, they were served in three clumps that were stuck together and lacked flavor. Overall, I was disappointed and felt that the meal was not worth the over $100 we spent.
