Description

Dunkin' has undergone noticeable changes recently, with multiple locations lacking essentials like fresh lemons for tea and conventional sugar, offering only liquid sugar instead. Some outlets now close as early as 8 PM, leaving late-night patrons disappointed. Despite these drawbacks, many loyal customers still rave about the outstanding coffee, particularly the popular chocolate-vanilla milkshakes. Friendly staff and efficient service during busy mornings are additional highlights. However, navigating the chaotic parking lots can be a frustrating experience for visitors. Overall, the charm of Dunkin' remains, but patrons yearn for a return to some of the brand’s former conveniences.

Dunkin' has changed a lot lately. On my recent visit to multiple locations, I noticed none had fresh lemons for tea. One spot didn’t even have regular sugar, only liquid sugar, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, one store closed at 8 PM! Whatever happened to being open 24/7? At least I’m a tea drinker. Shaking my head!

I really enjoy their coffee milkshakes, especially the chocolate-vanilla flavor. However, one drawback of this location is the parking lot. It's quite chaotic, and it seems like no one knows how to drive properly. Getting into the lot is challenging, and exiting is even tougher.

This is one of my top two favorite places, and I go there frequently. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the coffee is outstanding. It continues to be my favorite spot for Dunkin' coffee.

The main issue with this location is that they close 5 to 10 minutes early. Right now, I'm outside at 6:24 PM, and the doors are already locked.

Your customers know when you dupe americanos or cold brews with regular iced coffee. Don't do this to hardworking people who pay and give them what they deserve. The Dunkin by franklin ave never does this to me.
