Bad at communication and they don’t know how to make drinks. I had to have them remake my drink twice and it still came out gross and wrong. My drink order was simply a macchiato.

They definitely need a bigger space and additional staff to manage the demand. It would also be great if they expanded their coffee selection. Dunkin' really needs to improve—coffee is essential, and this location could use some serious upgrades!

Sometimes the egg in my sandwich isn’t fully cooked, or the hash browns come undercooked, but I keep coming back regardless. One night, I ordered donuts but got the wrong ones. When I returned them, the staff just put the donuts back on the shelf and offered me a different option. Despite this red flag, I tried the new donut, only to find it tasted like cleaning products, leaving an unpleasant tingling sensation on the roof of my mouth. I went back inside to complain and returned all the donuts, but they only offered me more of the same. I was puzzled—why would I want more from the same batch? I told them I couldn’t give these to my kids and asked for a refund. After several tries, I was told no refund was possible because I ordered through the mobile app. Then I was told I’d have to come back the next morning when a manager was available to get a refund. I decided not to bother. After spending so much money here, I’m extremely disappointed. Proceed with caution.
