Totally disgusted with this establishment. We will NEVER be stopping there again. Clean up your act and adhere to the national chain you should be accustomed too !

Their coffee also seems to be way hotter than other locations, making you have to wait for it to cool a lot longer.

I went to this location to grab a bite to eat, since I live just around the corner and was craving a good breakfast sandwich. When I walked in, the gas station... read more I went to this location to grab a bite to eat, since I live just around the corner and was craving a good breakfast sandwich. When I walked in, the gas station looked empty. There was one employee at the Dunkin, cleaning the espresso machine. After standing at the counter for merely 5 minutes, I asked the employee if they were open. Which I knew they were already, it was only 7pm. My question was followed by a nodding of the head and the woman working returned to cleaning the machine. Now look, I've worked In a cafe setting before, so I get it. It can be overwhelming when you have a lot to clean and on top of that, customers to attend to. But it was only 7pm, your top priority should not be cleaning an espresso machine when you don't close for another 3 hours. Odds are you'll have to do it again anyways. I ended up walking out of this location, and despite my already bad experience, went through the drive through and got my food. The woman was not very polite and seemed disinterested in her job; very careless. My advice here would be to put at least one more person on at night. Not that hard for a big business like Dunkin to do such a thing.. you'd think
