The overall one star review on this location is generous to say the least. My doordash order, which contained 5 items total only had 2 of those items correct. 2 were left out completely and the third was wrong by a mile. It came as such a shock that I called hoping to talk with someone in charge and upon asking for a manager was promptly hung up on. When I called back I was laughed at by two staff members and given a snarky attitude as she apparently thought I was some other person who had asked for a refund earlier in the day. She insisted that no shift lead or manager was on staff, which I found completely unbelievable, and continued to have a side conversation while still on the phone. DO NOT COME HERE!
Each time I've gotten purchased a drink from this location my drink taste like fish water. This is the second time this has happened. I called and of course there is never a manager there. This DD needs to close if they cannot get it together. And lets not forget the nasty attitudes.Parking: nothing at this moment
9-14-23 7am...They are all rude they don 't say how are you doing they give you the wrong order. I go here because I 've been going here for a few years and now the coffee is always wrong. I have to be at work by 7:30 so I 'd be there by 7 AM to always get my coffee wrong and then when I bring it back, theres no apologize, can I give you a gift card due to poor customer service, nothing!!! ' They handed me another coffee which it was wrong again, i just left it at the window..I try to give them the benefit of doubt but my god that morning crew is horrible..They look like they hate they job your just serving coffee whats so difficult about that!!! Morning shift is horrible. Thats it never again
Just left there. The braided hair girl at the window leaves a lot to be desired and I will no longer go here. When I go to these places and they are no black people working there I feel bad..but deep down I know why we or our kids aren't desirable hires. Wehave no manners and are rude. Perhaps she is just that way all the time but that is her problem. I will no longer be goinghere. Its not worth the drive or seeing all the trash in the area.
Location is convenient, but from my experience, it is not on par with other Dunkin?s in Hartford area. Multiple times missed items, wrong items ? Almost everything I get here comes out fresh, and the employees are generally friendly ? still, not as goodservice as the Dunkin on 760 Park or Blue Hills? I also think it?s funny that they built a drive-thru only restaurant acrossfrom where they?re also building a low income apartment complex (where many tenants will not have cars), but that doesn?t reallyhave to do with Dunkin.
