The reception is impersonal. The personal customer relationship is only professional. The kitchen is quite correct but some dishes are fat. Disappointing experience... The title of the dish does not correspond to what was on the plate... In addition, the portion of garnish (purée) was really not very copious, and the sauce extremely salty. Everything was unbalanced in taste and texture. And the impression of having eaten a starter for €22... Moderately pleasant service, plus the manager suggested we have a dessert rather than complaining about the quantities...
