This morning was at KFC Drive Thru, the Cashier lady asked me to go in front and use the main door to buy, but the door was still locked I waited without anyone came to assist us, we were three cars and we end up leaving the KFC without buying as the staff was very ignorant.It amazed me because this KFC is 24 hour service. I don't believe if I should actually be giving you guys a star.. Waited for more than hour for 10 Dunked Wings, Called the manager and she failed to explained to me how long does it take to prepare 10 wings
They shouldn't rush to serve people this results in wrong orders and uncooked meals but over all their customer service is a 5
Their mobile app service is much quicker than being inside the actual store making an order.
