First time visiting Eli's although we've been to block Island before and walked by it several times. Came in early June when less busy and got seated right away around 630pm. My wife and I shared the mussels appetizer, the arugula salad, and the halibut. Everything was really great, and plan to come back to Elli's next year. Highly recommend one of our new favorites on block Island for dinner.
Tiny gem with limited hours and limited menu. The food is top notch, prepared and seasoned well. Everyone in our party enjoyed a different entree and was delighted with their dish. Our server was very helpful and attentive. By far, our favorite meal on the island over the weekend. Definitely worth it!
The food just seemed day old, pulled from the fridge and heated just before service type of feel and flavor. Under seasoned, over priced, and sort of rude staff…hostess in particular.Was toward the end of season so maybe they stop caring…The barn at spring house, and winfields had a way better meal and much friendlier staff!
We felt lucky to get a table at this charming little restaurant. Everything was delicious. And always appreciate dog art!
This review is for the service staff: Came in with my mom for dinner and was told by the wait staff there would be a wait which was no problem until two people who came in without reservations after us were sat. Would not give my money to a place that lacks professionalism.
