Mashed... read more Stopped at Monique's on a whim and had an absolutely great all you can eat rib special. Only drawback was we couldn't get gravy for our mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes didn't need it they were creamy enough. You could get more of anything you wanted, potatoes, coleslaw, etc. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the sauce was not in your face but subtle. Ordered more ribs even though we were approaching the full stage. Took some home. Dessert was great too!
