The food was decent, although it seemed rushed at first glance (even though it wasn't busy). I opted not to use the restroom after hearing it was dirty. While the atmosphere of the restaurant initially seemed inviting, the overall experience quickly turned from exciting to disappointing. For those looking to dine at a Wagamama in Milton Keynes, I recommend visiting the Central Milton Keynes branch instead. Despite being busy, the food and service are much better. Although crowded, you can expect a superior dining experience in terms of both food quality and service.

I have been to this restaurant several times while working in MK and unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. Despite the focus being on the food, the lack of dedication and interest from the staff makes me hesitant to return.
