Description

Wagamama in Milton Keynes offers a mixed experience for diners. While the restaurant boasts an appealing menu with extensive vegan and gluten-free options, consistent service issues dampen the overall impression. Many patrons have noted that staff dedication can falter, leading to a sense of rushed service, even during quieter times. However, certain locations, particularly the Central Milton Keynes branch, stand out for better food quality and attentive service. Despite these challenges, several guests have enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and commendable food, making it a decent choice for families seeking a quick meal in a cozy environment.

This Japanese chain restaurant offers a separate menu for gluten-free options. The manager will personally take your order, ensuring everything is prepared safely.

Izzie Calvey our server was amazing really looked after us was always checking we were ok and we had enough food and made sure we were having a good time. I’ll be honest I’ve been to many restaurants in my time however never quite had a server like this girl she makes the whole place amazing and the food was fantastic had a great time. Would really recommend this place such a lovely family day out! Food: 5

The food was decent, although it seemed rushed at first glance (even though it wasn't busy). I opted not to use the restroom after hearing it was dirty. While the atmosphere of the restaurant initially seemed inviting, the overall experience quickly turned from exciting to disappointing. For those looking to dine at a Wagamama in Milton Keynes, I recommend visiting the Central Milton Keynes branch instead. Despite being busy, the food and service are much better. Although crowded, you can expect a superior dining experience in terms of both food quality and service.
