We have savored delicious dishes cooked w... read more This summer, in Auvergne, our steps have guided us to this small restaurant LA BOUGNATE in the shadow of the parasols. We have savored delicious dishes cooked with art, served in simplicity and delicacy, by the thoughtful chef, making sure that we do not miss anything. After a small succulent mouth... In addition, the salad and its citrus, shrimp and salmon trout enjoyed our taste buds. For dessert, the thousand leaves were exquisite! Being in the region of Puy En Velay, we have finished with a small digestive: The elixir of the virtuous verveine and/or the small lime verveine of Puy En Velay. This small qualitative restaurant will remain in our memories as a refined jewel in a delightful setting! Bravo to the chef and his team for their welcome and know how to do it. Murielle MUNIER.

The menu is rather classic and traditional (we like it), but the products are cooked with an inventive and modern imagination, and are enhanced by the quality of the products chosen. The chef and staff, very welcoming and empathetic, provided a professional and efficient service. A beautiful address, in a beautiful region.
