Great experience. I had a special request and both Jillian and Katrina didn't hesitate to accommodate. They cheerfully went to work packing my request and I was on my way.Background: My favorite flavor is mocha almond fudge which, thankfully, is usually available pre-packaged in quarts in the freezer. However, I've bought stale ice cream on more than one occasion that had soggy almonds. No bueno. So my special request was to have a fresh quart made from the bulk ice cream in the front counter and I got fresh, crunchy almonds. Management, you may want to look into this issue. It has stopped me from buying at BR as often because I just never know what I'm going to get. Best regards, Charlie B

Great flavors and great service. Little bit expensive

Be aware that this store does not stay open until the time posted on the web. That's ok, they lost my business. Went to Handel's instead.

Black haired girl was extremely rude, got our order wrong and proceeds to slam stuff around. We were as polite as possible but she was awful. Boy working was very nice and seemed very irritated by her.
