Tea Leaf Cafe - Blasdell
Tea Leaf Cafe
Description
This cozy, art-filled spot is a boba and coffee standout, known for inventive, consistently great drinks and a broad flavor selection. Clean restrooms, plentiful seating most times, and the option to order ahead make it an easy stop while shopping.
Service is generally friendly with memorable staff, though occasional brusqueness and a cluttered corner used for storage can disrupt the vibe. A recently implemented tipping system has frustrated some patrons, but overall the cafe remains a convenient, charming destination for bubble tea lovers.

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. The staff was very patient and helped us throughout our time there. The atmosphere is adorable, the service was outstanding, and our drinks were incredible! My son ordered a caramel apple drink with regular boba, while I had a peach-pineapple tea with peach boba. Both drinks were delicious. Rating for the food: 5/5.
There's a woman with blonde curly hair who is absolutely amazing! She's always friendly, cheerful, and remembers my order, so a big shoutout to her. Everyone else on the staff is really friendly as well, and the drinks are consistently great no matter who is working. If you enjoy coffee, I highly recommend the mocha fumble—it's a perfect 10/10!
This is our go-to spot for boba tea. The layout is a bit unconventional, as one side of the restaurant is being used for storage, which disrupts the ambiance. Not exactly the best feng shui... Food: 4/5.
One of the best spots for bubble tea, particularly with their unique flavors inspired by the Buffalo Bills. It's great that you can place orders in advance, although we never have to wait long for our drinks. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to improve the friendliness of the service; sometimes I feel more like a burden than a customer. Nonetheless, it's a convenient location and a lovely treat while shopping.
I find it absurd that you've implemented a tipping system at this cafe. Why should I tip a server for simply doing their job? She's not hustling around like a traditional waiter. I won't be coming back. Please reconsider this tipping policy, as the servers here do not require a tip.
