Eating at tung sing was gorgeous, the location ideal but fell abit short on the customer service. pros -good parking -big part of the food -reasonable price - good selection on the manu con -fell abit short on the service -not enough staff, should go on looking for a waiter to sit our order after 10 minutes -busy with take away that affects the learning experience -not wheelchair friendly
Food was ok, I had ordered chips and I know they are cooked it oil, but it looked like they weren't drained properly,and the oil left on the plate was black We had all been seated by 7.15 and although we had been given our drinks nearly straight away, I had to go up and ask someone to come take our food order at 7.35 People who had come in after us had gotten their food before we had even had our order taken I understand they are busy with take out orders, I want impressed by the lack of service,
Great place, lovely atmosphere!! Reasonably priced, lovely food !!
