Mcdonald's - Blanchester

This is probably the better McDonald's in a better ran one out of all the McDonald's the isons own period

Not only did the price increase again Mc doubles were burnt around the edges really bad, I still ate them,$6.18 for 2 Mc doubles, it's time. To remove the McDonald's from Blanchester.

The nicest young ladies working the drive thru, you need to make sure to keep them.

The employees at this McDonalds just stand back in their prep area and look at you. They WILL NOT come to the cash register and take your order. And today one of them just standing there WAS THE MANAGER. There was another young girl in front of us who told us she had been standing there at least 5 minutes and no had waited on her yet either. I ask if someone could come and take all of our orders....you guessed right! They literally just stared at us and wouldn't even reply back to me. My husband walked out so I left also. This is not the first time they have had customers standing inside to order and they just ignore them. I am sure I am not the only person fed up with the service at this place.Im sure no one from their corporate offices reads these but they really should...I am pretty sure they would not be happy if they saw the treatment customers were getting at this place. They all need to be retrained, or fired....and with what I saw today I would just hire new employees and start over. These ones they have there today don't care one iota about their jobs, let alone the restaurant. Wont be going back, thats for sure!

I work for doordash and I have herd storys about some fast foods being rude towards us. As i have conpleted over 115 deleverys and have been in many different areas and all of my ratings are extremely good, i have never experienced such a rude person til last night. I had gotten a door dash when i had walked up the counter the girl working got extremely rude with me and told me she didnt have no door dashes for me at first i thought maybe started in the wrong area and i went to the wrong mcdonalds. When i looked back at the address and everything and saw it was for blanchester mcdonalds, i showed this lady my phone and she had gotten an attitude with me. She then proceeded to make me tell her everything that was on the order now i could have understand if it really didnt go through on their end and she was typing it all in. Now i have worked for a few different McDonald 's when i did doordash orders down in milford itll tell you wether its door dash, pick up, grub hub and ECT. When i looked at the screen it did infact say *DOORDASH* at the top. I am very displeased for the way i was treated and i recomend all doordash drivers to stay out of this area.
