Domino's Pizza - Blanchester

Great food! The people are very friendly and eager to serve.Vegetarian options: The Mediterranean veggie pizza is amazing! I personally am not a vegetable eater, but i tried this pizza and actually liked it a lot. Lots of options when mix and matching vegetable toppings on a pizza.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible

Only thing is mushroom hoogie had nearly no sauce and they refused to give on side.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. We order a pizza and a hoagie for dinner. At 6:20pm Said it would be done in 28 minutes. Tracker indicated it was in the oven and preparing to be completed. Wife was at the pick up window for 25 minutes this is after the tracker said our order was completed. She said three employees looked at her in the window and ignored that she was present and waiting to be waited on. Needless to say our pizza was colds after an hour and the hoagie was a brick. Blanchester Ohio Dominos needs some management that will take responsibility for the store’s poor performance. I feel sorry for the delivery customer I am lucky enough to live 5 minutes from the store. And still had to wait over an hour for a carry out order. I thought McDonalds drive thru was the worst in town but this is probably a tie between the two. I would be a shamed to call this my business, not sure if this is company owed or franchising. You’re providing a service and food to customers, your approach and presentation should dictate your willingness to help customers regardless of limitations and challenges of the night. We all understand the job and the work ethic isn’t the same for everyone but your being paid to create an awesome atmosphere for your workers company and customers.

I had a driver pass me with incoming traffic inbound, roughly five vehicles and cut me off. Granted, I had just pulled onto the road, that garners zero reason for them to be so reckless. I called the store and after all the obligatory phone prompts and got connected to someone I was immediately placed on hold. After waiting 8mins, I realized that this store was not interested in what I had to say. So after reading the reviews here, I can only imagine how they handle actual orders. On the bright side, this will not be affected by what I say. I do however, hope this reaches the owner-operators ears somehow.
