Ordered takeout for a group of 5 for dinner - location was literally a 1 min walk from accomodation. Was a little hesitant as hadn't heard amazing things, but we were politely surprised by the food quality.Food was good - your average standard 'European style' Chinese, but do believe it was a little pricey for what we received. Would happily eat there again - maybe try out the yum cha. View all feedback.
What ozwilson doesn't like about Imperial Peking Restaurant:
I hadn't been to this restaurant in a few years, so I decided to bring my kids along. After a 40-minute wait, we finally got a table in the garden area. It took another 10 minutes before the yum cha trolley made its way to our area. The food was quite bland, with mostly fried options. We had to ask for noodles, and other dishes like veggies came out as we were finishing up. The kids tried the tea but didn't like it,... View all feedback.

The kids tried the tea but didn't like it, yet we were still charged $5 each. Overall, the food was overpriced and lacking in flavor. This restaurant used to be a regular spot for us, but now it will only be a memory.
Joe, thank you for looking after us. We went on a Saturday (6) for yum cha and wasn't disappointed at all. The service was consistent and the food just kept coming. Food was very appetitizing and reasonably priced.
After passing by the Imperial Peking restaurant for many years, we finally decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was not worth the visit. The Peking Duck Banquet, which was supposedly the #1 chef selection, was lacking in portion size and the San Choy Bow had too much onion and not enough meat. On the bright side, the spring rolls were tasty and the service was prompt. The restaurant had nice decor, but there was a mold problem, particularly around the air conditioner and on the roof. Once you notice it, you can't unsee it. The women's toilets were in disarray, with no toilet paper and in need of attention. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we won't be returning.
