Graeagle Meadows Golf Course

Great course, but the service was disappointing. After we finished playing and checked in an hour later, we were informed that the front 9 was closed due to maintenance. I was unhappy with this surprise, especially since it wasn't mentioned online when I made the booking. The staff at the Pro Shop seemed indifferent to my complaint and advised that I call them for more information. Who would do that after receiving a booking confirmation? There was no effort made to improve our experience—no discounts or offers for a future visit. I'm usually quite easygoing and would have accepted a sincere apology, but instead, I encountered attitude from the staff. I understand that not every interaction can go smoothly, but when talking to other golfers in the parking lot, I found three others who had the same negative experience with the Pro Shop. It’s unfortunate because this is a fun course in a beautiful setting. If the employees at Graeagle are reading this, please understand: I appreciate the need for course maintenance, but the lack of communication about closures prior to booking and the failure to resolve issues afterward really let us down as regular customers.

It is a beautiful and challenging course. Well maintained. Staff in the golf shop and out do maintenance on the course are very friendly and professional. For the first time on September 2nd, we have settled and have already set up next teenage period for September 4th to bring son. We didn't use the restaurant, but it looks clean and food looked good. I recommend this course. We live in Reno NV and it's worth a short ride.

Emily was the perfect server. Cheerful, knowledgeable, and so attentive without being intrusive. Took care of everything with a smile. Food was great, too! (5-?? Breakfast burrito)

Wonderful stop mid-afternoon. Lovely view and quiet from patio. Kitchen closes 2 pm (opens later for evening) but they offered sandwiches or hot dog with chips plus beverages. Interesting to view waterfowl and golfers on course.

We had a great round of golf with great friends in a spectacular setting. It was towards the end of the season and the greens were sanded and aerated. But the deer and geese were plentiful on the fairways!
