What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I previously had a coffee from another location and it was terrible. I came here to ask for a replacement, but they refused. Everyone seemed to be on the same side, and while I was waiting for my new drinks, I noticed there were six employees in the back just standing around, and none of them were preparing any of the drinks. I waited for 30 minutes and the service was just awful. View all feedback.

It took five girls 30 minutes to make a small black coffee ane they just took the order after leaving me waiting for them to finish their personal conversation first and laughing together and when it is time to serve me here comes the stiff face.
Always waiting 15 to 30m for a coffee. Their drive through has to be the slowest I've seen
Nothing like drinking luke warm coffee : Starbucks normally serve piping hot coffee, so not sure what happened here. I had already got into the highway so couldn't go back.
I come here twice a week.. and normally very happy with the service and the product. The last 3 times I’ve come here my drinks were filled only about 1 3rd of the way up. If I’m paying for a venti that’s what I should be receiving.. little dissatisfied with that but otherwise, the employees are very kind.
