We gave it two chances, thinking our first visit might have just been an off night, but both times were disappointing. They clearly don’t know how to package takeout food properly (it's hard to evaluate either the meatballs or the Portofino bistecca when the stacked boxes fell apart). The pizza was undercooked and poorly put together, the sandwiches were a soggy disaster, and everything was lacking in flavor. It was terrible, messy, and overpriced. Someone really needs to train the kitchen staff!

The menu mentioned clams, calamari, and prawns, but I only received a generous portion of pasta, three prawns, and one clam. Most of the shells were empty, and there was no calamari at all—just a few small pieces of fish. Considering it was the most expensive item on the menu, I was extremely disappointed with it. Overall, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I won’t be returning again.

I've tried several dishes from their menu, but my absolute favorite was the Prosciutto of Happiness. On a whim, I decided to order their tiramisu for dessert, and it was AMAZING! I usually don't order desserts I can make myself, but this tiramisu was worth every penny! I truly hope they reopen, and if they do, I hope they'll let me know!
