Jack In The Box - Blaine

It's jack in the box... not much to expect I suppose but the prices sure have gone up! Many items are over priced now. I see most drive throughs empty these days. Very sad because it used to be a great place to snack or even full meal.

630 in the and closed on Saturday. Pathetic. That just dumb, still pandemic or what.

Every so often I give this location a shot to see if things have improved and after two years I don't think this location will ever improve. This location is always out of a number of items such such as curly fries, Chicken nuggets, chicken patties, or a combination of missing items that reduces their menu options to the point to where they have to close because of it. Don't waste your time on this location.

I showed up at 11:59pm after Many stops at other drive thru places that should have been open. This gentleman took my order and was very nice! Apparently this location closes at midnight, so I was cutting it close…. He was patient and took my order. THAT is customer service! (Wish I got his name, but I knew he was ready to close shop.

Not only was there a long wait to get my food that was ordered ahead of time, but the order was wrong and I was overcharged by a couple of dollars. Granted, I went during the lunch rush but customers should not be left waiting to be helped for 5+ minutes. This store seems to run out of items frequently and has major issues with getting orders out quickly and correctly. I was going there 3 or 4 times a week for lunch but after repeated disappointments, I will no longer be buying my lunch there.
