What Angila Riel likes about Arby's:
The young man who took my order at the restaurant had excellent customer service skills. I believe his name was Austin. He went above and beyond by asking if I needed anything else at the end of my order, instead of just asking "is that it?" which I find rude. I went to this restaurant to try the burger with a sweet sauce, but they didn't have any sauce available. When I tried to return my order because it was not as advertised and was not enjoyable to eat, the staff member refused at first but eventually gave me a refund after I expressed my frustration.
